No one was coming to fucking save me.
It was down to me to outwit my own internal gollum of self-hatred and my own internal dragon of addiction to drama.
No one is coming to fucking save you.
Hidden in our shadows of vanity and unease are our unconscious set of limited beliefs that we all carry with us that have us addicted to drama and numbing ourselves to our own self-hatred.Â
In our discovery into those shadows, we become aware of the limited beliefs that hide there, and our new knowledge is a revelation that deepens our understanding of ourselves.Â
Our source of transformation is in the acceptance of those shadows and the revelations of our understanding of our stories, biases’ & illusions that are the source of these limited beliefs.
This self-knowledge is the truth.
Our transformation delivers a quantum leap upwards and takes our emotional and social intelligence to a new level.
We are no longer unconsciously driven by the shadows, and we are no longer vulnerable to being manipulated by them because we’re aware immediately when they pop up.Â
We have a choice to act on our old beliefs or not.Â
Instead of reacting, we respond from our heart rather than from our addiction to drama.
Making ourselves our top priority and putting our heart’s desires first.
This love for ourselves is self-benevolence.Â
Dealing with our own compromises relieves us of our self-hatred.
And we have the power to say ‘no’ and mean it.
This relief is self-sovereignty.
